Since then, we had been searching everywhere for the stock of these screens; and now we are proud to announce the release of the newest model! We thought that this was the first and the last revival, but as of today, the 28th of October, the rumor has it that the LCD monitors are back in production - and they seem quite reliable. Well, that means that we can continue producing DH-series again!

The name guru comes from the double meaning of the word "guru" - the onomatopoetic Japanese word, "guru guru," referring to the swirly lines on the front cover,
and image we have of guru as a teacher or mentor.
It also comes from our hopes to welcome you to the labyrinth of photography.

Photos captured by the Digital Harinezumi look like they were taken with an old 110 film or with a broken camera. But when it comes to monochrome, it can capture some bitter and dandy images, like those from the avant-garde photography scene in the 70s.
Digital Harinezumi movies are praised by artists and expressive users from all over the world. Its original feel is like those of your uncle's 8mm movie, but sometime surprises us by its sharp and cool depiction. This camera put a spotlight to the movie function in digital cameras; a mode that was so minor until Harinezumi rediscovered it.
The movie mode can record with or without sound. Play your movie with sound and Harinezumi will take you to a tiny cinema. And without sound, it will play your movie like a retro silent film.
An ordinary digital camera indicates preview when shooting. However, Digital Harinezumi has a preview off mode to enjoy the excitement of a film camera. Look through the finder and make a guess and shoot. Digital harinezumi shares such excitement of an analog toy camera. It's just unpredictable. Once you start it, this randomness becomes addictive.
* In the initial set-up, the previews are already available. (I guess it is useful afterall)
Progress is not always necessary to Digital Harinezumi. We only select functions that we think are absolutely necessary. Easily set the self-timer, the resolution and ISO (100/800) by selecting through the monitor.
The shape of Digital Harinezumi looks like a 110film, a caterpillar, a dinosaur's bone, or even like a big bean. It has a round form and the perfect size that fit perfectly in your hand. It was a long way until we finally found this perfect form.
ur latest version Digital Harinezumi 2+++ (two - triple plus) contains 10 new color-modes. A high contrast avant-garde monochrome_hard, and vivid 2 transforming the world into a gaudy flashy place, old2 washing away the colors of this world. Only modes that we decided that we wanted are added to this new version.

This camera is not made for boasting about its functions but there will be a new addition. When using the movie function, you will now be able to choose from 3 different frame rates. Super8- like movie frame rates to stop motion-like film rates available.
