| (Important Notice)concerning the display of battery life | |
Among the first batch, there is a case that the battery life display will show ‘1’ even when a fully charged battery is inserted. In this case, the camera will still be able to shoot over 100 pictures despite the ‘1’ being displayed. We will be fixing this in the coming productions. However, as this is a programming bug, the product is not considered defective. Thank you for your kind understanding. |

There is no internal memory in this camera. A CR2 battery and a MicroSD card (up to 2GB recommended) are needed for recording. Please notice that these are NOT included in the camera box and are sold separately. This camera is not designed for taking ‘precise’ and ‘proper’ pictures. We have designed it to take pictures differently. If you would like to take precise pictures, this camera is not for you. Please visit the camera shops to look at cameras from other brands. |

| Q. | Why is it called the Digital Harinezumi? |
| A. | At first we were planning to digitalize the Harinezumi Camera from the first generation of our 110 film ‘Animal Camera’ analog camera series, that’s how we came up with its name. Its shape also resembles that of a 110 film, don't you think? |
| Q. | Black spots appear when I try to take pictures of the sun, is this normal? |
| A. | There is a chance of black spots appearing when shooting objects like the sun. This is resulted from the design of the camera and therefore is not a sign of defect. To prevent this, try not to shoot towards the sun. Shooting the sun can actually damage the camera. |
| Q. | Red and blue hues appear during recording, is this normal? |
| A. | We have designed this camera in order to achieve this effect. This is not a defect. This camera is not designed for precise capturing. |
| Q. | The LCD monitor does not show the preview when I am trying to take a picture. Is this normal? |
| We have purposely made it this way so that you would not know exactly what you are taking until you pressed the shutter. Please enjoy the anticipation of not knowing what kind of pictures you will get! | |

No. Please purchase a MicroSD card (Up to 2GB recommended) separately. |

| Q. | How many pictures can I take? |
About 1600 in the Hi-resolution mode on a 2GB card. For video recording, it is about 2 hours. |

We provide a half a year warranty plan starting from your date of purchase, subject to certain conditions. Please refer to the instruction manual included in the camera for more details about the warranty. |
